I am writing to request the addition of a feature that allows users to disable time stamps on signatures. This request is based on the Medicaid standards in Florida, which can lead to discrepancies during audits if supervisors co-sign before the parent and therapist at the end of the day.

In our current workflow, supervisors often need to co-sign documents before the session is completely over. This can result in the time stamps showing that the supervisor signed before the session ended, which can cause issues during Medicaid audits.

By providing the option to turn off time stamps on signatures, we can ensure that the documentation process aligns with Medicaid standards and avoids any potential discrepancies.
