It is an unfortunate thing to have to rebill claims individually. I have a missing license number on my claims for 6 months now, and Therabill was just now able to help me correct it. I now have to go through 6 months of claims for Blue Cross Blue Shield patients and individually send each date of service back to the insurance invoice area to be resent. There should be a way to click on dates in bulk and send them back instead of having to open each date and send them back.
