Therabill has the 3 options found in the Invoicing Area but I wish it has a 4th category which is Claims with Errors. It is so hard to keep track of claims without errors because the error claim box & Filing CMS 500 are not accurate or updated when claims are adjusted & re-billed or still in error limbo. We have lost thousands of $$ because of this Therabill oversight especially when we catch these claims in limbo only after the 90 day filing deadline. PLEASE FIX THIS ASAP!
