Please put the type of visit when we click past or upcoming appts. To see the type of visit would be nice because it's easier to schedule re-evaluation/pocs instead of having to go to chart everytime and see when it was done. Plus when you go to records if the note hasn't been opened or started yet then you can't see that date of service. So it would be nice to see by the appts in list
