sex/gender

For clients with different gender identities and pronouns, please include the capablity to change the "Sex" identifier heading to say "Sex assigned at birth".

    The field on the client's chart is named Sex, following the correlating field on the CMS1500 form. Therabill does have separate fields for Gender Identity and Pronouns.
