Could you please add preferred name to the calendar and dashboard?

Front desk staff and therapists will see the preferred name. We used to put the legal name (and preferred name in parentheses) but it gets rejected by billing. Also, all notices and reminders to the client should be by preferred name.

I agree - the admin staff greets clients as they arrive and it is important that we know their preferred name and gender pronouns. The text and email reminders should also reflect their preferred name. Please adjust your database to draw from the Preferred Name when sending out notices and reminders. Thanks!
