be able to populate previous charts IN TOTALITY AT ONCE and with updates to age

It would be beneficial when populating previous chart notes if providers can populate the entirety of the previous chart into the new chart at once instead of having to do each section manually. It would also be very beneficial if when populating charts the pt's birthday, thereby age, could also be updated automatically.
