remove ext o from Statements

While generating a Patient Statement from Billing, the phone number field when left Blank on the company page is pulling EXT 0. The member does Not want the EXT 0 on the Patient Statement. If there is nothing in the Ext field on company page, Nothing should populate on the statement.
