Members are requesting the HCFA overlay option recently added to Demand Claims added to Batch Updates as an option to select before printing the file. I know the option was not added to this page due to payer denials for an HCFA without the back page detail, but per our members, they are typically printing the claims from Batch Updates and faxing or uploading them to the payer. Having to use Demand Claim for this process is by patient and time consuming.
