The payer page in WebPT Billing is not available to view and/or add overrides for Self-Serve members. I am logged in as a Partner.SO only admin. I am not sure if this is intentional or an oversight. I do know any payer overrides or adding an inbound payer id for electronic posting is currently supported by the Onboarding Team and Support.
The role of Software Only Admin was provided access to the Billing > Payers page on 3/9/2021.
