WebPT Ideas and Discovery

Currently we do not have month-end Reports available in WebPT Billing. This means we need to access each clinic's Analytics and learn another software platform.

Most have financial staff that run those ME reports and they are not normally in or would ever go into the EMR this would most likely be at least three times their current time allocated to run their financial reports.

To run all of the reports within the billing software would be much more efficient where they can just simply pull ME for any company/clinic or multiple company/clinics based on the parent company.

For staff that are required to create month end reports and other financial reports, obtaining cross customer statistics will take much for time to run all supporting individual reports.
