Month End Financial Reports - Charge Amount to reflect all charges billed out

Currently the total charge amount on the ME Financial reports reflects all charges with DOS within that open period instead of all charges billed out for the month. This is the same for visit counts and new patient. This throws off the capability to project upcoming months or to even compare months. If providers do not complete their notes or the supervisor does not sign off on the notes until the next month, those numbers will never be reported in any of the stats.
