Once a PTA/COTA completes a note it is forwarded to PT/OT to be cosigned and it shows as incomplete note. Any time a note is opened and started no matter if it was fowarded or only has one part of the note completed. It would help if it showed the note as forwarded once it is instead of all notes showing incomplete. This would help office staff know if the note is complete and just waiting for cosign or in fact actually "incomplete".

please add this feature. PTs waiting for credentialing have no way of seeing if a note has been forwarded and is waiting for signature
