Request: Create Parity between the Preferred Languate Field in the EMR and the Preferred Language field in WebPT Billing. Add language options available in the EMR to the Preferred Language field in WebPt Billing.
Description: The EMR has 30 language preferences to choos from. The Language Preference dropdown in WebPt Billing has 5 language preferences.
WebPT Billing shows Hebrew which is not an option to select in the EMR
Result: If a preferred language is selected in the EMR that is not available in the preferred language dropdown in billing the field iin billing is left blank
Work Around: Leave blank or select one of the 5 languages available in billing if you want the patient demographics in the EMR to match the patient demographics in billing.
