WebPT Ideas and Discovery

There needs to be update around the Payer Screen in WebPT Billing that adds user security around this screen in order to make updates. The Payer screen can affect how all claims go out for payers. There are no security measures in place to prevent individuals from updating the global settings which affect all Members. This has recently occurred with a large enterprise Member who had several EDI files submitted under their account.

The request here is to allow a view and edit option for the Payer screen and only allow certain access to edit the Payer settings.
