remove BMS from MGMT Report Card

Per FH1(Foot hills) , member, "What is BMS on the MGMR Report Card?"

In Billing. Month end> Management Report Card. Can we update the 2 columns(see attached image)Baseline Prior to BMS and BMS Goals.

The Word BMS is confusing member. Can we update to webpt?
