add dos search field to Charge Review

members want a search field in Search Criteria field for DOS on the Charge Review page. This way they can release the Oldest DOS first. This page loads by Posted date and that is not so important, but getting the Oldest DOS out is.

This feature would be helpful since we manually release our claims after a 7 day hold and it would be nice to pull up all the patient that have a certain dos.
