The new feature, Max Patient Balance Fields, getting ready to release is available to add when editing an 835. Request: add the ability to enter the maximum patient balance at the account level. Possibly when entering a sticky note a field is added that allows you to add a maximum patient balance. This set amount would already have the amount on the editable 835.. It would also be great to have a report that shows which patients have a max allowed added to their account for managing purposes
