INVOICE AREA LAYOUT

THE WAY THE INVOICE AREA WAS LAID OUT BEFORE WAS MUCH MORE MANAGEABLE THAN HOW IT IS NOW. IF NOTHING IS SHOWING ON PAGE 1 YOU STILL HAVE TO CHECK ALL OTHER PAGES LISTED BC THERE MAY BE MORE NAMES LISTED - I DO NOT LIKE THE NEW LAYOUT

CMS 1500

When you check the CMS 1500 form you can see which claims have already paid, this way you can see from the CMS which claims are still open and you are waiting for payment

Add an option to Edit Box 32B

Medical Mutual is requiring our Tax ID to be put in Box 32B. There is no option to edit this in Therabill, and opening a Large File version of the PDF will not allow that box to be changed either.

Insurance List Updates

Would it be possible to remove all old insurances in the Insurance List. Any insurance company that has ZERO Clients associated with it would be removed? This would make Insurance selection on new patients incredibly easy? Thank you!

Proof of timely filing

It would be nice if there was a way to pinpoint a detailed time and date bills were submitted and be able to prove to insurance companies claims were filed timely.

Corrected claims

Modifiers need to be added by the biller in order to send a corrected claim. Many billers do not have access to WEBPT to add an addendum for a modifier to be added.
