MSK ultrasound imaging documentation and billing

I would like to have a section in the objective portion of the new eval where I can document findings from diagnostic ultrasound imaging. I would also like to have the billing CPT codes in the billing section.

Surgical Date on Patient Dashboard/Chart

Have surgery date shown with other demographic/insurance information on the records tab of patient chart. This way the treating therapist does not have to open a note to determine date of surgery.

Clinics that have multiple providers that have to forward notes to the rehab director have to click the drop down to ensure that they are clicking on the correct provider to send the note to for completion. If clinics could pick a default provider...

No Provider Signature Alert

It would be helpful to have an alert if the provider signature is missing from the user profile, so that it will not allow the therapist the note unless there is a signature.
