We would like the option to set the earliest reminder text to later in the day (5:00 pm). It currently only allows up til 12 pm.

When the texts go out at 12:00 pm, it confuses the patients that come in two afternoons in a row. With previous services, we've always had the call go out in the evenings

Billed out charges for Assistants

We need a report to track what our therapy assistants/COTA are billing out. Now that they have a supervised therapist sign off on all notes, we are not able to see the billed charges for the assistants. This is important to track.

CHAT 2.0

I am constantly missing my chat because chat does not roll over to 2.0. Can we fix this. If you are in a chat to address an issue that the chat transitions to 2.0 side so you can continue your chat.
