Patient Name On the Top Of Each Notes

Patient name should be on the top of the notes. When MD's fax the signed notes back to us the name on the bottom is not showing. Which makes it very difficulty to file the notes in the correct charts.

CVC box on statements

Include a box for the CVC on the statement. Any machine we have had requires the CVC and there is no where on the statement so it is usually forgotten.

Number of Cancellations and No Shows

It would be great if the feature that shows you No Show and Cancelled appointments would also have the number of No show/ Cancelled next to it when its chosen instead of having to count them on the schedule.
