Statements

Statements should have an option to NOT include closed cases or $0 closed balances from current cases. We have several patient's who have been coming for years and their statements are 7 pages long.

Corrected claims

Modifiers need to be added by the biller in order to send a corrected claim. Many billers do not have access to WEBPT to add an addendum for a modifier to be added.

Track Multiple Ins Auth on patient page

We often have patients who have more than one insurance. If they both (or all) need auth - we need WebPT to track them all - not just the primary - so we do not end up treating without authorization.

Add an option for due dates on billing invoices to patients.

Built in calculator where the therapist can select a time frame for the date to be due and it auto populates on the invoice. Quick books does this and it is very helpful!

Ability to retrieve fax face sheet from fax log

I need proof for an insurance company that I sent a fax requesting continued therapy, but am unable to print the face sheet indicating when the fax was sent from the fax log.

Create report to generate KPI: First Pass Payment

Develop the ability to run analytics to determine the "cleanliness" and efficiency of the operational billing procedure via tracking the % of bills that are paid "on their first pass" to the insurance company.

I would like to request that this be changed to allow clerical staff the ability to perform this task without granting access to all of the business’s financial reports, as this is more of a clerical task, and is burdensome to require admin privil...
