We often have patients who have more than one insurance. If they both (or all) need auth - we need WebPT to track them all - not just the primary - so we do not end up treating without authorization.

Hello, and thanks for your Idea portal suggestion! Tracking authorizations on secondary insurances is a feature that we don’t currently have planned, but may consider in the future. We’ll make sure to let you know if this feature is delivered.
