Identify cell carrier of free text reminder tel #

Have a field that indicates the carrier of the text reminder, on the reminder page. Only other way to determine the carrier that you are sending the text tois to look through the transmission log.

It would be helpful if the insurance effective dates in Therabill coincided with the insurance being archived so the claims are billed to the correct insurance without having to remember which patients have new IDs and when they need to be archive...

When we transferred over to WebPT, all patients were given a default case and the date that it was created was the day it was all put into the system (2020). We are unable to change this case date, so whenever that default case is utilized it mess...
