Space on the demographic page in the insurance section for case manager contact info

For more complicated claims: having the name, email, phone for case manager would be great. We could put in simple notes but I would be afraid the information would get lost and there is not a good way for others to know it is available to them.

We need a phone number to use in contacting you!

We have appointment driven days. Therefore, sending an email and asking for a returned phone call is not too effective! PLEASE provide us with a phone umber to use to call when we have issues. Thank you.

connect billing patient in all tabs

please add a tab or button to bill out to client at all pages. It is a super hassle to have to jump over tho the billing tab when in another tab and you want to see patient balance and send invoice

We can set it up to see only certain dates of service but seeing only entered in schedule dates would be more useful to us as we don't want to bill any current or newly finalized notes so we need to be able to just see the notes finalized "entered...

I sometimes have clients schedule many appts out ahead of time only to find out later they can't continue attending sessions. The appts were on different days and times so the "repeat" function couldn't be used. I then have to cancel appts one at ...

Would love to have the patient have access to schedule their own appointment

Most independent providers do not have secretaries so this would save a lot of time for providers.

It would be helpful to be able to track events linked to clients for scheduling purposes.

I have talked with other clinicians that use therabill ( one a PT clinic and another a speech). We all use events to hold potential treatment times for new clients and it would be helpful to be able to track these holds.
