Automatically adding tax to the account for billing

Hawaii allows providers to pass on GET or sales tax to insurance companies and patients/clients. The exception is Medicare and Medicaid. But at this time we have to manually add the tax to each account/each client EACH month which is time consumin...

WC accounts to only link to Employment accident date info in Advanced tab.

at this time if patient has Workers Comp and Regular Medical Insurance -the Advanced Data is being pulled into both payers. Not just the WComp case. Need this to be more specific to case than it to pull for both type of cases.

How can you expect to know what people want implemented if you limit how many ideas they can agree with!

Unmapping an auth code from a session by clicking the dot

I mistakenly mapped an auth code to a DOS and TB would not let me unselect it. I ended up calling technical support and we had to turn off the auth button within the patient's profile and then submit/review the HICFA to make sure the auth code was...

It would be quite a time saver if close session was the default or if there was a way to close the session for all the units at once instead of having to manually click each one.

ERA Posting Details

We need to have a warning error if our ERA does not match the amount of the payment. That way we can see if there are takebacks happening or if a insurance company made a payment error.
