Patient reminders for two different providers on the same day

Quite a few people see more than one provider at our practice on the same day. The patients get a reminder for one provider twice with both appointment times. The second providers name is not on there.

three digit code

Can you please put a place on the statements for the three digit security code. We send out statements but when people make payments they dont always put the code on there. Then we have to call them to go it. Its very time consuming.
