Hello Tina,
Thank you for contacting Therabill. Whoever can log into Therabill under Username: mcsts123 will need to go to Admin--> User Accounts. Edit each user and change their permission to "Viewable." They'll be able to see information, but cannot edit in anyway. Or, you can change them to "Hidden," however, there has to be at least one permission set at "Viewable" to save that information.
You will need to make sure to change their permissions back to View/Edit when you want them to work in Therabill.

****My idea would to possibly develop a way of setting specific times per provider when they may access records by days of the week and times. This way, we would not have to change "view/edit" every single day.
