patient's credit /unapplied monies

Therabill should reflect when patients have a credit or unapplied funds when we pull up their account without having to exit out and go to the payment tab.

Longer time frame for clients to open their emailed invoices

The invoices that are emailed to clients are only available to open for 5 days. Not sure what the purpose of this is but I am constantly getting emails from clients saying they cannot open and to resend. It's very time consuming.
