Toggle and print option in the insurance client list

Underneath the billing option, when you scroll to the insurance list and click on clients. When you get to the insurance list It would be good to have a toggle between active and inactive clients. Sometimes it is beneficial to see them separately....

We have therapists that document in 2 different clinics within our organization. Occasionally, a therapist will log on to the wrong account and the patient's documentation will then need to be manually re-entered into the appropriate clinic becaus...

Add an exercise flow sheet like 1.0

The exercise flowsheet is the bulk of the note for an orthopedic therapist and is a critical feature not availabe in 2.0

We need the ability to run collections reports on "self pay" patients (those who do not use insurance).

I should be able to run a collections report that not only shows breakdown by patients with insurance, but also by those without insurance - our self pay patients. This seems like common sense but there is no option available.
