Hello, and thank you for submitting your request to us! We currently offer auto-save functionality in our Clinical documentation as denoted in the upper right hand corner of your SOAP note (see images below). While we auto save your documentation every 60s we do still provide you with the ability to manually force a save as draft if you wish to exit the note. If the auto save functionality does not appear to be working please contact our support team at support@webpt.com so we may look into the issue. Hope this helps. Thanks!
