Adding totals to the bottom of the Associated Payments report

This would be helpful to have the actual totals at the bottom of each column so that you don't have to export it or add them all up. Some members have several insurance classes.

It would be nice to have totals at the bottom of the report for each column so the report doesn't have to be exported to get this or add up each line. Some members have a lot of insurance classes.
