Have a column on the missing notes report stating the patient's insurance. This would help prioritize which notes we need to prioritize for timely filing with billing. Also, adding a column indicating which case the note is under. We get patients who come in with two open cases (sometimes one is an auto and the other is commercial, or treating two separate injuries and alternating visits) and it would be helpful to see which case is missing documentation at a glance.
