At the moment to track progress evals for non-medicare patients, it can be a very time consuming and tedious process. We have to go to each person's profile and look up the last eval date then go through each visit to see how many visits they have had since then or if it's past the 90 day mark. Adding this feature would allow us to easily see how many visits since their last eval so we know if we're getting close to needing to schedule one or if we have acciedently gone past it. Not all of our patients schedule out completely, some schedule week by week so this will make it easier to identify when scheduling and to track when needed.
