Patient Tracking can make or Break your clinic. Currently, there is no effective way to compare a patient's ideal frequency of care and compare it to who is actually scheduled in your clinic for the following week. WebPT already has a "prescription" feature which asks for the patients "prescribed" frequency. Or it could be auto-taken from the patients plan of care from the initial evaluation. There is already a scheduled visits report to see who is scheduled. This could help find lost patients faster and get be able to call them the week prior to get them on the schedule.
