Upcoming Notes Due Report

It would be helpful to have report that lists all "Upcoming Notes/Docs Due" for all clinic paitents vs. only within the pt's chart. Similar to "Missed Notes Report" that is currently offered, but with upcoming notes due vs. missed notes.
