Make Carry-over Information for Cases of Returning Patients (IE copy medical history to new case). Merged

Hello-

In WEBpt 1 there was an option to carry-over information on the same patient throughoutn multiple cases. For instance, we were able to copy medical history on a returning patient from the previous case that they had in the facility. And during re-examinations it had an option to carry-over information if needed.
