We manually add pt payments on their appt slots in the schedule daily (previously used another billing software than RevFlow). Especially for private insurances, would be amazing if the pt balance or how many copays they owe showed on the appt slot or when hovered over. Right now when you hover over, it shows the copay amount per visit, but we have a lot of patients who pay once a week or let a small copay add up and it's a lot of work to check things manually. The EMR payments section has a lot of clitches and is not often accurate. Due to this, daily payments require manual work from my front office staff and is time consuming.

Hello, and thanks for your recommendation! Showing the patient balance on the hover-over is a feature that we don’t currently have planned, but may consider in the future. We’ll make sure to let you know if this feature is delivered.
