Add "eStim unattended" - under planned procedure codes

You have to add an "other: code to add "eStim (unattened) to your POC. Currently the only eStim available by default is eStim (attended).

Both eStim (attended) and eStim (unattended) are available under Planned Procedures.

Thanks for the feedback! We will add that to our list. In the meantime you can type out "eStim unattended" and it will be added to the planned procedures list.
