When assisting patients in getting durable medical equipment, one setp in the process is to establish a relationship with a vendor. If I could print a patient facesheet with their contact and insurance info, that would make my job easier. I have taken advantage of this feature in other EMR systems and I like the autonomy of completing this small task on my own, rather than handing it off to someone in the office.

Hello, and thanks for your feedback! Adding a patient face sheet for DME is not a currently planned feature, but we may consider it in the future. We'll make sure to let you know if this feature is delivered.

If you click on patient information in either soap 1.0 or soap 2.0 it pulls up where you can add a patient. In the top right is a little "printer friendly" text in blue. If you click that it will create a printable patient information sheet for you. Only tricky thing is depending on if you put address as "mailing" or "home" etc it will either add it or not. Hope this helps!

I believe you can print the "printer friendly" in patient info and this provides the information needed.
