Add ability to track changes to appointments in scheduler Merged

We need the ability to track the changes made to appointments and what user made these changes. We have issues with appointments being changed or deleted without accountability for which user made these changes. I would like for this to be an administrative feature. This feature will help when diputing appointments with patients.

    Yes!!! This feature is much needed to hold my staff accountable and track work being done.

    We used to have this ability with RevFlow, and it is very helpful for the above stated reasons, including the ability to clarify a disputed date of service. This would also be an extremely helpful feature in training front desk and therapists.

    Totally agree! Would be nice to see who edited it last, who entered it, etc....and just on the same "edit" screen would be awesome!
