There should be a way to determine which employee scheduled/cancelled an appointment. Since all employees do have their own log-ins, there should be an easy way to track this in some type of daily report.
We are excited to let you know we have started enabling the ability for any user with access to the scheduler, to view an appointment's history log, up to 90 days back - when and who created, changed, cancelled, or deleted is available. We are enabling this feature for our members over the new few weeks. Keep an eye out for the release notes and pendo notification and check it out - we can't wait to hear your feedback!
