It would be very convenient if we were able to access the eDocs within 2.0 and not having to switch the account to 1.0.

Hello, and thanks for your feedback! We are currently working on a two part solution for your idea. The first part that we are currently working on and will be available soon is the ability to fax eDocs directly from 2.0.
The second part which we are planning to address will be bringing eDocs in directly to the 2.0 Chart for easier uploading, viewing and printing.
We’ll associate this idea to the feature to make sure you know when it is delivered. In the meantime if you have any further questions feel free to leave a comment or contact support.

I fax work comp claims through edocs. It sure would be helpful to have access to 2.0 notes when faxing instead of having to save them and upload them separately.

The link is there, but we get an error message when attaching unless we open the records in 2.0, switch to 1.0 and then go to edocs to attach. That is a waste of time.
