We believe it would be beneficial not only for our company but all PT companies using WebPT to have some additional outcome measures added as options under the "add outcome" option in the patient profile. Adding these outcomes would allow PTs to track more data to show the benefits and successful outcomes from PT treatment and also would allow these outcomes to be entered efficiently at the front office after patient's fill out the hard copy form or automatic entry if done electronically. The following outcomes are available within the documentation but not within the "add outcome" option:
Post Concussion Symptom Scale
Modified Rivermead Post Concussion Symptoms Questionnaire
Shoulder Pain and Disability Index (SPADI)
Upper Extremity Functional Index (UEFI)
Additionally, we believe it would be beneficial to add an outcome for TMJ since it does not currently exist in WebPT both within the documentation and as an option under "add outcome". Our recommendation is to add the TMJ Disability Index. A version of this is attached.

Right now the Modified Oswestry still asks the questions from the original Oswestry...it would be nice to have the correct questions with the outcome.
Secondly, can the FADI [Foot Ankle Disability Index] have the original and not the "sport" only.

Yes, we would like these outcome measures added. It would be helpful to have a wider range of outcome measures to select from.
for those asking, ABC scale is available under balance outcome measures :-)
As a balance center having the ABC scale would be helpful. Since we all have different needs it would be nice if all of the widely used outcome measures were available and the individual clinics could add what they use to their drop down. That would keep everything available for everyone or for the random time you need one you dont normally use and the customization would prevent us from having to wade through dozens of options to get what we need.
I would like the ability to add the regular DASH: KOOS regular (not sport); ABC balance; SPADI. Really all the ones available in the objective portion would be nice. Thanks
We have therapists at our clinic that specialize in TMJ and Neruo. It would be a huge help to be able to track outcomes on the TMD Disability Index and Functional Gait Assessment (FGA). Thank you!
