Wants the ability to have a free type in the PDF configurations on intake

I would like the ability to have patients fill in data directly on the PDF instead of just sign and date

This feature would allow us to include the ability for patients to enter in their payment information upon intake! Would be extremely valuable in other use-cases as well! Please consider this again!

Add a sign-in option for patients with Reach Intake Merged

Clinics have to sign-in patients and this would be a great way they could do it electronically
