Right now, we are told that when a therapist has to be out and coverage is provided by an additional therapist we either have to pay to add this "new therapist" or delete the current one, add new one, then delete and readd original one when returns. For an emergent need and one or two days of coverage both of these options are less than user friendly. The option to simply DEACTIVATE a user and activate a different user (no increase in charges b/c same number able to bill at the same time) would be most useful.
