Hello! Unfortunately, this is not going to be part of the patient statement updates of 2019. However, we are really excited for the upcoming improvements, and we thank you for your feedback!

Within a patient statement balance, you have listed insurance payment and adjustment; however, it would be helpful to see the name of the insurance who paid and in parenthesis (date range it was posted to) and also what the adjustment was for and date range. I prefer using the account balance statement but would like the option to see description and the payments and adjustments also listed on this statement if I need it.
