Under SERVICE, instead of the code, please put the description of the service. Patients have no idea what the CPT codes mean so they call to ask what they mean.
Also, please add the insurance companies that were billed on the statements, and who paid (Medicare and AARP for example) so that patients can tell that both primary & secondary have been billed and paid.

Yes, we agree with this comment. I would be very helpful and less confusing for our patients if the description of service was listed on the patient statements instead of the CPT codes

I completely agree with this comment. It is very frustrating that something that appears to be a common sense issue isn't being addressed. I have also mentioned this many times; however, it appears no one is listening.
