I would like it if we can add a goal to | WebPT Ideas and Discovery

I would like it if we can add a goal to our plan because another goal was too hard so we need to modify it.

If there was an add goal button in the tools of the patient chart that would be wonderful. If there was also a way we can say goal met or inappropriate goal too difficult or just inappropriate so we can take it off our list that would be wonderful too. If one goal is inappropriate then we need to add a goal to modify that goal. So if there was a way to add a goal without doing a new plan of care that would be great!
